Cancellation policy
[For course reservations] 100% of the course fee (per person) will be charged from 22:00 on the day before your visit.
[For reservations for seats only] 3,000 yen (per person) will be charged from 17:00 on the day of your visit.
Regarding cancellations on busy days, the above does not apply. We reserve a large number of seats for large groups, so please inquire at the restaurant.
If you need to cancel or change the number of people, please contact us in advance.If a course reservation is cancelled due to a change in the number of people, the cost of each course will be charged.If you cancel a seat reservation only, we will charge 3,000 yen per person depending on the number of people.
The cancellation fee will be charged to your bank account or at the store at a later date.Please understand that if you cancel without notice, we will take measures such as refusing entry to the store unless you pay the cancellation fee.
